Be good to yourself #3

Capture Date: 2005:01:22 15:00:30 Camera: Canon EOS 20D Exposure Time (sec): 1/160 Aperture: 2.8 Exposure Program: Aperture Priority ISO: 800 Exposure Bias: 0.00 Metering Mode: Multi-Segment Flash: Flash not fired; Compulsory flash mode Focal Length: 100.00 Lens: Canon EF 100mm f2.8 USM Macro RAW Coversion: Phase One - Capture One Pro Tip #3: Go for long walks with loved ones in places where there's plenty lichens.... I didn't know before we moved here but lihcens are a reliable indicator of clean air... Well, we've got plenty of them! ;-) Update: Keep forgetting to mention about the shot... We went on a really nice walk the three of us and 'Aunty Memy'. It was absolutely freezing but we had a great time. This is a wee clump of lichen that was hanging off a branch, to be honest I'm not sure at all what was in the background that made it reddish but hey...;-) The main lesson learned today was that if you are going to bring your 100mm macro lense with you you should REALLY bring a tripod too...
